Stevan Petrovic locked down the 2026 Sekvens Pole Position Award despite missing qualifying at Ring Knutstorp altogether.

It’s been a great season and we are proud to host the Sekvens Pole Postion award for a second year. In season 2025, Sebastian Schou won the award after a tie with Stevan Petrovic.
Across the 2026 season, Petrovic was the driver to beat over one lap. Fast at Gellerasen. Fast again at Ljungbyhed. Fast enough, in fact, that even an engine failure at Ring Knutstorp (which kept him out of qualifying completely) could not stop him from taking the 2026 Sekvens Pole Position Award.
The reward for precision driving is a tool that is built for action
Qualifying is the session that decides where each driver starts the race, and in a series as competitive as Radical Cup Scandinavia, that can shape the entire weekend. It is a focused pressure test where there is no race strategy to lean on and no time to settle in, just preparation, timing, tyre temperature, nerve, and one lap where the driver has to perform to the max.

That is why this award fits Sekvens and Fortis. We celebrate dedication, intention and keeping your standards high even in the smallest of details. For Petrovic, the prize is a Fortis watch of his choice, supplied by us at Sekvens in partnership with Fortis watches. We will meet up in relaxed setting where Stevan gets a chance to check out the Fortis collection and pick his winner.
During Race 3 at Ring Knutstorp we captured a few shots as Stevan got to get a feel for the Fortis Marinemaster M-40 and the Fortis Novonaut in titanium.

Built for the Same Language
Fortis makes tool watches in the proper sense of the phrase. Functional, legible, good looking and built for people who care more about use than polish. A simple statement that says it all “the nicest watches for the toughest job”.
The Marinemaster, Flieger, Novonaut and Vagabond lines all sit in that world: tools first, objects with character second.

There is a nice symmetry in handing one to a driver who built his season on precision. Petrovic’s qualifying pace gave him better race starts, podium chances, championship points and nice reward to carry with him on his future ventures. It also made him the benchmark everyone else had to chase on the track.
Back to the Fight
The Pole Position Award is decided, but the championship still has road left. Radical Cup Scandinavia now heads toward the final round at Jyllandsringen in Denmark. Petrovic currently holds the lead at 233 points, followed by Ludvig Bäck at 223 and Rasmus Hedberg in third with 218 points. Looking forward to see how the season of 2026 plays out!
