The Cortina 1956 collection from echo/neutra celebrates the Winter Olympic Games held in Cortina d’Ampezzo in 1956. A vintage-style timepiece inspired by the 50’s sport watches: the contrast between the matte and the polished faces of the case, the ceramic fixed bezel and the Old Radium lume on the dial and the hands are some of the aspects that define the unique design of the watch.

SUPERLUMINOVA
The Cortina 1956 3H collection has an Old Radium lume applied on the bezel markings and on the hour and minute hands. A little BGW9 lume point is also applied on the edge of the seconds hand.

316L STEEL
The case is made of 316L Stainless Steel to offer the maximum resistance to corrosion, it has been crafted with an exceptional quality. The contrast between polished and brushed faces gives to the watch a unique appeal on the wrist.

A VINTAGE LOOK
The dial of the Cortina 1956 Black has a very vintage style thanks to the dark glossy black dial that goes well with the vintage-colored indexes and the black ceramic bezel. The lume, applied on the hands and on the bezel in Old Radium style, completes the whole.

COMFORTABLE ON THE WRIST
In designing and producing the Cortina 1956 collection, one of our priorities was that the watch on the wrist was really practical in every situation. Thanks to a diameter of 40mm, 11.9mm thick and the particular design of the lugs, the Cortina on the wrist is comfortable and pleasant to wear.

ULTRA-DOMED SAPPHIRE GLASS
All Cortina 1956 watches are fitted with a wonderful sapphire crystal with an ultra-domed profile and thanks to the double internal anti-reflection coating, the dial is readable in any situation.

RESPECTING TRADITION
Taking inspiration from the 50s and 60s watches, the Cortina 1956 mounts a closed caseback which, thanks to an elegant engraving bearing the logo of the collection, makes the object pleasant and elegant.

The Cortina 1956 is equipped with the Swiss caliber STP1-11 customized to our specifications.
An automatic movement designed and manufactured in Switzerland with 26 jewels and a power reserve of 44 hours.
