Returns
When you receive your watch it will have stickers/seals applied. Documents such as guarantee card and/or authenticity papers will be placed in a sealed plastic bag. We place stickers/seals on all items in order to protect against fraud and copying of certificates, guarantees and/or authenticity certificates.

We offer 14 day returns in accordance with EU law. However these rules apply:

  • Do not use the item. The goods must not have been used. You may try it on – without removing any stickers/seals.
  • Do not remove any stickers/seals. We will not accept returns if stickers/seals have been broken or removed
  • The goods must be returned in original packaging and it is the customer’s responsibility to take care of and pay for any shipping and any administrative costs associated with return shipping. We do not accept “cash on delivery” shipments (Postförskott in Sweden).
  • Notify us immediately before you ship anything back to us! We will then provide instructions on how to move forward.
  • Refund will be made within 10 days after approved return.

Warranty: New watches
Sekvens is an authorized dealer and the manufacturers warranty is valid for each sold product. See each product for specific warranty information – if warranty information is missing on a specific item it means it is covered by 2 years warranty.

Warranty: Pre-owned & Vintage
All watches we offer for sale have been checked by us before delivery. We always check function, condition and authenticity. Some watches have been fully serviced by our watchmaker with 40+ years of experience – if the watch has been serviced by our watchmaker it will be stated in the listing. The warranty period is stated in each listing, the period is individual for each item. Our warranty does not guarantee against misuse or accidental damage. Sekvens.com makes no mechanical guarantee in terms of accuracy and/or waterproofing.

Complaints regarding products

If there is something wrong with your Product, you have the right to complain about it. Complaints made within two months from the time you discovered the error are always considered to have been submitted in time. You have a two-year right to complain about Goods purchased from us according to EU law, three years for Swedish residents according to Swedish law.

If you want to claim an error in a Product, you must, as soon as possible after the error is discovered, send an email to hello@sekvens.com and describe your problem. Provided we are unable to assist you in resolving your issue, we will arrange a return shipping label. In the event of a complaint, you must be able to prove your purchase at Sekvens.com, a valid receipt is required.

When the complained Product is returned to us, it is examined by us, in specific cases it may be required that the product be examined by the manufacturer – this process may cause it to take longer before notification of a complaint can be submitted. If the complaint is approved, we will compensate you in accordance with applicable law. We strive for this to take place within 30 days of receiving the complaint, but it may take longer depending on the nature of the Product. In case of invoice payment, the invoice is written off when the returned Product is registered in the warehouse.

We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the Product is not defective by law. If the Product is found to be faultless, a fault finding and shipping fee will be charged to cover the Seller’s costs for the return. In the event of complaints, we strive to follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board or equivalent boards in other European countries, see www.arn.se, More information is available at www.konsumentverket.se.

If you receive a faulty Product where you want a new replacement product, We will send you the replacement product.

Shipping
The turnaround time is 24 hour during regular weekdays.
Average delivery time Sweden: 2-3 working days.
Average delivery time EU: 2-5 working days.
Free shipping is included for all orders with value over €195 / 1900 SEK.
All shipments are trackable and insured (Schenker in Sweden & FedEx internationally).

For all purchases, we reserve the right to have a credit report made. If you are a consumer, this does not affect your creditworthiness and cannot be seen by any other actor/company that makes a credit report.

Prices & shipping costs
All prices are stated incl. Local VAT, the system automatically selects the percentage that applies in the country that you as a user are in. In Sweden, this means that the VAT is 25%.

Shipping costs are added to the checkout if the order value is less than that
1900 SEK / €195.

Miscellaneous
Specific purchase conditions per payment method are stated at checkout when you as a customer make your payment.

Payment
Funds are reserved when the a customer places an order and the funds are withdrawn when the order is shipped out from our warehouse.

Currency
We offer different currencies per country as follows:
Sweden = Svenska kronor (SEK). Denmark = Danska kronor (DKK). Norway = Norska kronor (NOK). Switzerland = Schweizer franc (CHF). All other eligible countries = Euro (EUR).

International Buyers
International buyers assume all responsibility for any and all duties, taxes, tariffs or customs due. The buyer takes all responsibility for shipping in the event of a customs issue or return. Payments are to be made in Euro and Danish Kronor for Danish customers.

Applicable law, dispute and alternative dispute resolution procedure
• Any dispute concerning the interpretation of, or the application of, our conditions that apply to purchases must be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.

• If a dispute cannot be resolved by our customer service, you can turn to the General Complaints Board (“ARN”) by contacting ARN on their website www.arn.se

• Disputes must ultimately be settled by the Swedish general court.
